Benefits of Students Studying in Canada

There are many benefits for international students to study in Canada. Each benefit creates opportunities for the students to increase their international experience and improve their English. Here is a list showing all benefits for students and parents considering studying in Canada.

  1. Students studying in Canada will get a chance to live and study in the Canadian Public School System, Private Catholic High School, or College and University.
  2. Students can participate in athletic activities as well as in music programs.
  3. Students interact and make friends with Canadian students thus improving communication in English.
  4. Students may not have to complete some English language tests in order to study in a post secondary institution in Canada. (based on three years of study)
  5. Parents and relatives can visit students in Canada subject to visa requirements.
  6. Parents can stay in Canada with the students but can not work. (under 6 months)
  7. Parents pay a one time fee to have their children study an entire year, this includes transportation, food, living expenses and education fees.
  8. Students studying high school will live in a small community with the chance to travel and experience a friendly atmosphere.

  10. Students completing High School in Canada can immediately start University in Canada when the semester begins, if they meet the qualifications. (based on 3 years of study)
  11. Students can work in Canada while studying in University. (apply for "Open Work Permit") 
  12. Students can complete an undergrad and apply for a masters program.
  13. When students finish University they have the opportunity to work in their field of study for up to 2 years. (if offered a full time position)
  14. Parents have an excellent opportunity to apply for permanent residency to Canada.
  15. It is a great experience for any student to engage in a different culture and living in a multi cultural society.
  16. Students will have the opportunity for extra language classes while attending either High School, through Canadian Sky International (2005) Inc.'s special language tuition program.
