The Outlook & District Regional Park - situated along the South Saskatchewan River has 50 electrified campsites, a junior size Olympic swimming pool, hiking trails and the Riverview Golf Course. A canopy of 800-year-old American elm trees covers the park. 
Sky Trail, Canada's Longest Pedestrian Bridge - Outlook's newest attraction is the pedestrian bridge. The bridge is three-quarters of a mile long and stands 156 ft. above the South Saskatchewan River.
Riverview Golf Club - Situated in the Outlook and District Regional Park is the Riverview Golf Club. The course offers multiple tee boxes and small greens that will challenge any level of golfer.
Canoe Trek - Canoes launch from the bank of the South Saskatchewan river in the park for the Annual Canoe Trek. The two-day trip in August takes you from Outlook, north to Whitecap Dakota First Nations. The price includes all meals and transportation back to Outlook. .jpg)
The Outlook Recreation Complex - hosts a skating rink, 4-sheet curling rink (new in 2001) and a 4-lane bowling alley. Adjacent to the RecPlex are five lush green ball diamonds, utilized by minor ball and adult slo-pitch teams.
The Outlook & District Heritage Museum - located in the former railroad station, it has over 2500 artifacts from the area. A couple of highlights are a caboose, a large arrowhead collection, an old jail cell, a beautiful polished antique stove.
The Outlook Stock Car track is a 1/3 mile oval dirt track constructed in 1987 by Letawsky Construction. The club first started racing in 1980 and moved to its present location when the Town of Outlook donated the land on which the present track is situated. The track is located 1 1/2 miles southeast of Outlook. The high banks on this exciting oval track mixed with the friendly competitive nature of the members, leads to fun for spectators and racers alike. Well known for clean competitive racing, the club welcomes all racers and fans for fun-filled exciting race days. Look on the events page for race days.
Kinsmen Park & Summer Playground Program - large playground and paddling pool with a major summer program offered for children during July and August. Summer staff are hired to organize and supervise an extensive variety of activities such as games, crafts, drama and special events. It is offered at no charge for children age 4 years and up. This park is open all year round free of charge and 24 hours a day. There are several swings, slides, exercise centres, a fireman's pole, and a little front-end loader to lift and move the sand around.
The Canada-Saskatchewan Irrigation Diversification Centre - located on the outskirts of town. This is a research facility, which tests different crops, diseases, chemicals under dryland and irrigation. The centre has many tours during the summer as well as a field day in July.
Murals - There are buildings in Outlook whose walls are decorated with beautiful murals. Micheal Gaudet painted "Oh Canola" situated on the west wall of 209 Sask.Ave. and "Sunrise Visitor" situated on the North wall of 214 Franklin Street. Gus Froese painted the mural depicting an irrigation scene, which is situated on the East wall of 102 Sask. Ave. West. The fourth and newest mural in on the north wall of the Outlook High School and was painted by OHS students. For images see the image gallery.
The Outlook & District Branch of the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation operates a gun range. Skeet, trap, sporting clays, and archery are a few of the sports you can enjoy while at the range. For more information, please contact a member of the SWF.
Outlook is also situated only 35 minutes from Lake Diefenbaker and Gardiner Dam. Our location makes us a great place to shop and stay while enjoying the lake.
